Steps for Uploading Identity Documents

Step 1: Log in to your account
Access the platform using your username and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Account
Select "Account" from the main menu.

Step 3: Start online verification
Click on "Complete verification online."

Step 4: Choose your verification method
Select your preferred method to complete verification:

• Continue verification: Continue the process on your current device. Ensure your device has a working camera.

• Complete on mobile: An SMS will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account with a link to continue.

Step 5: Submit your ID document
Choose your country and the type of identity document you wish to use.

Select how you’d like to submit your ID:

• Take a photo: Use your device’s camera to capture a photo of your ID.

• Upload a file: Select and upload an existing image or PDF of your ID from your device.

Wait for confirmation from Yoti that your submission was received and accepted.

Step 6: Review and provide consent
Read Yoti’s consent forms and privacy policies carefully and provide the necessary consent to continue.

Step 7: Face scan
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete a facial scan.

Step 8: Wait for verification results
Once all steps are complete, wait for confirmation of whether your identity has been successfully verified.
