Steps to reset your password

2. Enter the registered email address associated with your account.
3. Tick the “I am not a robot” checkbox to verify.
4. Click Submit.
5. Check your email inbox for a message containing the password reset link.
6. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
7. If still not received, wait a few minutes and try again.
8. Once you receive the email, click the link provided and create a new password to regain access to your account.

Note: The password reset link may expire after some time. If it does, simply repeat the steps above to request a new link.

It is important to note that if you have updated your password, email address or mobile number on your account, or have not yet confirmed your mobile number you may not be able to request a payment until the required 7 day waiting period is over. This is a security measure to prevent and misuse of your account
