How can I change my address in the account?

To request an address change, submit a ticket to the Support team: https://support.m-Panels.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

Non-local address change (moving to a different city, state, or country), please attach one document that shows your name and new address, such as:

 

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Recent utility bill
  • Insurance card
  • First page of a lease or rental agreement
  • Another official document that clearly lists your name and current address

 

Local address change (within the same area), Include your full updated address in the request.
