When will I get paid? How can I redeem from the Wallet?

The payment for each study is listed in your survey invitation or shown in your account. After you complete a study and pass quality checks, your reward is added to your M3 Wallet usually within 2 business days, though some studies may take a little longer. Once the funds appear in your Wallet, you can request a payout at any time.

For m-Panels, you can choose either an Amazon gift card or a Virtual card from your Wallet:

• Amazon gift cards are processed within 48 hours
• Virtual cards are processed within 3–5 business days

Note: m-Panels does not issue payments via bank cheques or bank transfers.
