m-Panels does not have access to personal Amazon code details and cannot provide troubleshooting for code errors.

Prepaid Cards (Onbe)

1. Prepaid card is expired

For expired cards, please contact Onbe Customer Service directly.

2. Checking the balance of your prepaid card

You can check your prepaid card balance directly with Onbe.

3. To obtain a new prepaid card

Once your prepaid card is processed, you will receive a digital code via email.

You will need to provide this code to Onbe in order to activate and use your card.
